Mum of three, Level 4 PT and Mindset Coach, and founder of The SHE Collective.
I'm also a personal trainer who got completely burnt out doing all the wrong things for her own body. So if you've ever thought "surely someone who does this for a living has it figured out" - I absolutely did not. And that's exactly why I do things differently now.
