From burnout and breakdown

To creating a movement that’s helped hundreds of women feel

Strong, Happy and Empowered.

The SHE Collective was born at rock bottom, as a rebellion against the way midlife women are told to play small.

If you’re here, chances are you’ve been running on empty.

You want to take care of yourself, your energy, your body, your mind; but somehow, you always fall to the bottom of the list.

You crave strength, confidence and space to breathe… but between work, family, and the daily grind, you’re just trying to get through the day.

That’s exactly why I created The SHE Collective.

A space that lifts the mental load, gives you expert support, and helps you rebuild your wellbeing; one small, sustainable step at a time.

Here, it’s never about shrinking your body.
It’s about expanding your life.

Meet Ro

Level 4 PT, Mindset Coach, and mum to three wild, loveable boys.

I didn’t grow up in fitness.

For most of my twenties, I was stuck in a loop of fad diets and all or nothing plans that always ended the same way; exhausted, defeated, and convinced that wellbeing just wasn’t for women like me.

In 2016, everything changed. My son Alfie was diagnosed with a rare, life limiting neurological condition. I went into survival mode, overwhelmed by grief, guilt and fear and numbing myself with habits that made everything worse.

A young woman with long blonde hair, wearing a pink T-shirt with red text that says 'Strong Girls Club' and leopard print skirt, smiling and standing with arms crossed.

One day, I walked into a bootcamp class. I hated every second, but I kept going and something shifted.

Movement became my medicine. Not punishment for how I looked but a way to feel stronger, clearer, and more in control. It sparked something deeper, a drive to help other women experience the same shift.

So I trained as a PT. I studied mindset coaching. And in 2020, I launched The SHE Collective.

A membership built for real women, living real lives, who are ready to stop shrinking and start showing up for themselves.

This isn’t just a platform. It’s a community. A sisterhood. A movement.

Together, we are Strong. Happy. Empowered. SHE.

The SHE Collective Method

We do things differently here because midlife women deserve more than another workout plan.

Every week inside the membership, you get a clear, doable plan:

  • Strength workouts for all levels

  • Simple, satisfying recipes

  • Journaling prompts for mindset clarity

  • Weekly pep talks to keep you going

Our Core Four pillars;

Exercise, Nutrition, Mindset and Nervous System Support, are rooted in hormone aware programming and whole wellbeing.

This is not a quick fix. It’s a foundation for lasting change.

What sets us apart?

The community.

Each member is part of a smaller team, led by experienced community leaders. With regular coaching calls, mindset sessions and genuine connection, this is support that sticks, which is why over 95% of women who join us stay.

Our Values

Empowerment Over Perfection

We don’t push ‘all or nothing’. We celebrate messy wins, honest effort, and real progress. You don’t need to be perfect to make real change.

Real Life, Real Results

Our approach fits your life. Busy schedule? School run? Hormonal rollercoaster? We build plans that flex with your reality.

Community is Everything

You’re not doing this alone. Every member joins a team where real conversations, real support, and real friendships happen.

Whole-Person Wellness

We go beyond workouts. From mindset and journaling to hormone aware training and nervous system support, we help women thrive from the inside out.

Want to Take the First Step?
