I'm Ro. Qualified strength coach, mindset coach, mum of three and someone who has spent the last several years figuring out exactly what works when your body starts playing by a completely different set of rules.
I didn't create RISE from a textbook. I built it from years of coaching hundreds of women through this stage of life... and from rebuilding my own approach when everything I thought I knew stopped working.
I know what it feels like to do all the right things and still feel like something's off. To be motivated, informed and consistent... and still not get the results you used to. That's not a willpower problem. That's a method problem.
RISE is the method I wish I'd had sooner. Everything inside it comes from being in the trenches, not sitting on a pedestal. Built from real experience of what actually holds when hormones, recovery and real life are all in the mix at once.
