The SHE Collective was born at rock bottom - as a rebellion against the way midlife women are told to just get on with it.

That's exactly why I created The SHE Collective. A space that lifts the mental load, gives you expert support, and helps you rebuild your wellbeing - one small, sustainable step at a time.

Here, it's never about punishment or perfection. It's about expanding your life.

Meet Ro

Level 4 PT, Mindset Coach, and mum to three wild, loveable boys.

I didn't grow up in fitness.

For most of my twenties I was stuck in a loop of fad diets and all-or-nothing plans that always ended the same way - exhausted, defeated, and convinced that wellbeing just wasn't for women like me.

In 2016, everything changed. My son Alfie was diagnosed with a rare, life-limiting neurological condition. I went into survival mode - overwhelmed by grief, guilt and fear, and numbing myself with habits that made everything worse.

One day I walked into a bootcamp class. I hated every second of it. But I kept going. And something shifted.

Movement stopped being punishment and started being medicine. Not for how I looked - for how I felt. Stronger. Clearer. More like myself again.

That shift changed everything. I trained as a PT. I studied mindset coaching. And in 2020 I built The SHE Collective - because I couldn't find anything out there that truly worked for real midlife women living real lives.

This isn't just a platform. It's a community. A sisterhood. A movement.

Together, we are Strong. Happy. Empowered. SHE.

The SHE Collective Method

We do things differently here - because midlife women deserve more than another workout plan.

Our Core Four framework - Movement, Mindset, Nutrition and Nervous System Support - is rooted in hormone-aware programming and whole-person wellbeing. It's the reason what we do here works when everything else hasn't.

This is not a quick fix. It's a foundation for lasting change.
