4️⃣ Each week, you’ll feel your spark grow brighter - with workouts, mindset, and community keeping your fire burning.

  • Not at all! All of the workouts are scalable and determined by the weights you use. There are adaptions shown to any advanced or high impact moves. As we always say, you do you!

  • Join the club! All of the women in our membership are time poor, which is why all of the workouts are 25-30 minutes long with the warm up and cool down included. Whilst you are assigned 4 workouts a week, its totally up to you how many you complete. We will also give you support in how to carve out time and when to schedule workouts.

  • Immediately! As soon as you sign up, you’ll get an email with a link to download the SHE Collective app where you can access all of the content including Ignite in the challenges section.

  • For as long as you stay in the membership. Membership is billed monthly and totally flexible.

  • Yes, the Ignite challenge is part of monthly membership which is billed at £30 a month and can be cancelled anytime either inside the app or by emailing theshecollective@sudor.fit

  • All of the workouts are strength based but at The SHE Collective we love variety - as do your minds and bodies! So you can expect a mixture of strength, cardio, pilates, dance parties etc - all designed to be as fun and effective as possible

  • Yes, but don’t worry it’s minimal. To get the most from the workouts we suggest you have a set of dumbbells. As a guide - if you are starting out we recommend a 3-5kg set, if you have used weights before - 5- 7.5kgs and if you are looking to level up your results go heavy - 7.5g upwards. You can also get great results from adding in a resistance band to lower body - if you search ‘booty bands’ you will find the thicker ones that don’t slip! You can always start with just bodyweight and bottles/cans - one step at a time.

  • Whilst we highly recommend being part of a team for accountability and support, this is your journey and you’ve got to do what works for you. Just keep an eye on your emails for updates as we do a lot of the communication in the groups.

  • The exciting thing about 6 weeks, is if you still with it - you will get results. Those that have previously participated in our 6 week programmes have reported to have increased strength, confidence, improved energy, sleep and more. Of course every individual will vary but there is no doubt that if you keep showing up - those shifts will come.
